Concourse d'Elegance - Classic Rides

It was an amazing weekend on Long Island Sound. The forecast called for a teeny bit of wind and a larger bit of rain. Instead, we had two gloriously breezy days of sunny weather. The Classics were racing at Seawanhaka - congrats NELLIE! - while we headed to Larchmont YC for dinner with the NYYC Cruising Committee followed by an overnight on one of their moorings. It's the best night of sleep I've had in ages. 

We slept in and then had a terrific sail across LIS and back to Greenwich by 2pm. We helped prep for the IHYC Member-Guest Regatta, picked up the hounds from the kennel and then headed back to IHYC for the quarterly Open House. It was a lot of fun, but also meant that we missed the Concourse d'Elegance, which is literally held within shooting distance of our dock.
